Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. After 30 days we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Trims must be unused, uncut, in original condition and in their original packaging.

Trims that have been cut, stitched down, washed or otherwise used.

Test cards and swatch cards, since they are sent as samples.

Items bought on sale. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.

The quickest way is to raise it on the site: go to lamitrims.com/returns, enter your order number and the email you ordered with, and pick the pieces you're sending back.

You can also email info@lamitrims.com or message +91 94268 14056 on WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, quoting your order number and the article number on the piece.

Either way, we will confirm the return address before you post anything back.

Once your return reaches us we will inspect it and email you to confirm receipt.

If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method.

Return postage is paid by you and is not refundable. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
