Shipping & delivery

Within India: standard shipping takes 2 to 5 working days. Orders leave our unit in Surat.

International: standard shipping takes 10 to 20 days.

In all cases delivery will be made within 30 days of us accepting your order. Times and dates given for delivery are given in good faith, but are estimates only.

Within India, prepaid orders of ₹349 or more ship free. Below that, delivery is ₹80.

Cash on delivery always costs more than paying online, because the courier charges to collect the money as well as to carry the parcel. Under ₹349 it is ₹120 — the ₹80 delivery plus a ₹40 collection fee. At ₹349 and above, delivery is free and you pay the collection fee alone: ₹60 plus 2% of the order, capped at ₹250. It is never free, and it is not available on orders above ₹10,000 — those are prepaid only.

International delivery is charged by destination: ₹600 + ₹150 a piece to Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhutan and the Maldives; ₹900 + ₹250 a piece to the Gulf and South-East Asia; ₹1,200 + ₹300 a piece everywhere else. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Every charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

International parcels may be subject to customs regulations, import duties and local taxes. These are outside our control.

You are responsible for complying with the laws of the destination country and for any additional charges levied there.
