lamitrims.com is our retail shop, run from Surat, Gujarat, India. We weave and sell ribbons, laces and trimmings by the piece.

By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Tell us at customercare@lamitrims.com if you think someone else has used your account.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email, and a contract is formed at that point.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we cannot verify payment. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Prices are shown per piece. Customers in India are charged in rupees; international customers are charged in US dollars.

Prices include GST where it applies. Delivery is charged as set out in the shipping policy, and any customs duty on international orders is your responsibility.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your card number.

Trims are sold by the piece, and each design lists its width and the length of a piece. Read the product page for the put-up before ordering.

Screens show colour differently. The shade you receive can vary a little from what you see, and metallics and sequins are the hardest to judge from a photograph. If an exact match matters, message us before ordering, or order a single piece first.

We try to keep every description and photograph accurate, but we do not warrant that they are free of every error.

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in the shipping policy. Returns and refunds are set out in the returns policy. Both form part of these terms.

The site, its text, photographs and design are ours or our licensors', and are for browsing and buying. Do not copy, scrape or reuse them for another business without our written permission.

Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, or to gain access to parts of it you are not meant to reach.

We stand behind the trims we sell and will put right a faulty or wrong item under the returns policy.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit or the cost of a project the trim was bought for. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts named once this page is finalised.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
